Dr. Anderson-Cowell completed her medical school in Syracuse, New York, in 1988. She always had a strong interest in understanding the immune system and how HIV attacked a very specific part of the immune system. During this time, she was part of a team working to discover a cure for HIV and was involved in basic science research.
Dr. Anderson-Cowell attended Yale University School of Medicine, where she completed a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 1995. She was an Associate Research Scientist there in the department of Cell Biology. Dr. Anderson-Cowell has focused on Allergy and Clinical Immunology throughout her career.
She and her husband live in Portland, Oregon, with their two beautiful children. She has practiced with AADA since 1998 and continues to enjoy taking care of patients with allergic and Immunologic diseases.
In her free time, Dr. Anderson-Cowell enjoys attending her children's sports activities, oil painting, writing, and going for long walks with her dog Lola.
PA Bianchi is an NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant with the skills to assess, treat, and educate patients in the context of evidence-based medicine.
After completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, she worked as an Allergy and Immunology PA in Chicago before gaining additional experience as a Long-Term Care PA and Cardiology Inpatient PA in Portland, Oregon.
